And thanks to the DEAR STATE OF MAINE, effective July 1, 2024 we are being mandated to pay $1,200 per month to
subsidize a "SOLAR INCENTIVE GIFTCARD PROGRAM"

Nightly (30 Amp) Water, Electric, Sewer and Wi-Fi $70.00 (and up) per night, based upon occupancy
Nightly (50 Amp) Water, Electric, Sewer and Wi-Fi $75.00 (and up) per night, based upon occupancy
Weekly (30 Amp) Water, Sewer and Wi-Fi $490.00 (and up) per week, based upon occupancy (plus metered electric)
Weekly (50 Amp) Water, Sewer and Wi-Fi $525.00 (and up) per week, based upon occupancy (plus metered electric)
Monthly (30 Amp) Water, Sewer and Wi-Fi $1650.00 (and up) per month, based upon occupancy (plus metered electric)
Monthly (50 Amp) Water, Sewer and Wi-Fi $1750.00 (and up) per month, based upon occupancy (plus metered electric)
Seasonal (30 & 50 Amp) Water, Sewer and Wi-Fi $4995.00 (and up) per season, based upon occupancy (plus metered electric)
Discounts are only allowed on nightly & weekly reservations
NO Discounts on monthly or seasonal sites
Cabin (4 night minimum), $160.00 per night, $1100.00 per week, (NO SMOKING AND NO PETS)
Cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
