Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We would like to remind you of our refund policy. Our policy states that we do not offer any refunds for cancellations. No IF’s, No OR’s and No Buts.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
All seasonal cancellation are subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee,
All monthly cancellations are subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee,
All nightly and weekly cancellations are subject to a $60.00 cancellation fee.
A deposit of 50% of booking is due at time of reservation for 2024 reservations.
Any cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and the remaining amount will remain on file for you to use for a future reservation.
Upon completion of your reservation you will receive the terms and conditions and you will be asked to sign the document, stating you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
If you are looking for a place to party, keep on looking, Forest Ridge is NOT where you want to be.
You MUST be the registered owner of the RV you are brining on property. Proof of registration, along with your photo id or drivers license may be required at check in. Six (6) registered guests per site. Registered guests must be 25 years or older.
Speed Limit is 5 miles per hour. When you enter or exit the property please keep your eye on your speedometer. Reserved parking is available at our gate entrance is available for those who go more than 5 mph on property.
One RV and one vehicle per site, space is limited, extra vehicle charge of $5.00 per day.
All visitors and guests must check in and register at the office. Tenant must be on the premises and you are responsible for the actions of your visitors. Limit of 4 visitors at a time. Visitor fees are $3.00 per day, per guest and $10.00 per night per guest. Only registered guests may use the facilities.
ATV’s (including the use of personal golf carts), firearms and fireworks are prohibited..
Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times. Children need to be supervised by an adult while using the playground, pool, restrooms and showers. Bicycles are not to be ridden after dark.
No vicious pets or aggressive dogs are allowed. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets shall not be left unattended at the RV or campsite. Constantly barking dogs will not be tolerated. Families are responsible for picking up waste from their pet. If we notice you not picking up your pet waste, you will be billed $10.00 for each clean-up. Do not throw your pet waste in the woods. Dispose of your waste in the trash dumpster. Pets are not allowed in any public building or in the pool. The use of pet gates / fences are prohibited.
Do not leave trash out at night to attract the bears or other unwanted animals.
Campfires are only permitted in fire rings – Do not move the fire ring without checking with the office first.
Trees should not be cut or otherwise damaged and please do not burn down limbs or trees that you may find on the grounds and/or in the woods.
Waste water should not be emptied on the grounds (State Law).
All buildings are smoke free (including the cabin, office, bathhouse, laundry, screen-room, playground and pool area. Smoking is only allowed at your individual camp site. All cigarettes’ must be properly disposed of and not placed on the ground or in the firepits.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages will be restricted to your own site. The use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited, you will be asked to leave immediately. No warnings or refunds.
Please do not put carpets on the grass.
Clothes lines are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You will not get any warnings if we have to visit your site after 10:00 pm. You will be asked to pack up and leave. Any outside music levels must be kept to a minimum – If your neighbor can hear your music, it is too loud. Please be considerate.
Check in is between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (unless other arrangements have been made). Check out is by 11:00 am.

Forest Ridge prides itself on our “Large Sites and Quiet Nights”. Absolutely NO SECOND CHANCES.
We have implemented a “Site Lock Fee”. To be guaranteed a site of your liking you must pay the fee. If you did not pay the fee, you may be moved up to three days prior to your arrival.
LIMIT OF 2 PEOPLE AT A TIME IN THE OFFICE.
Monthly & Seasonal stays will pay their metered electricity.
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Background checks may be run on our guests. If a background check contains ANY criminal information, your reservation will be cancelled. We are not responsible for accidents, injury, loss of money and/or valuables, damage to your vehicle or recreational vehicle (RV) or your motorhome. Those who do not abide by our rules and regulations will be asked to leave, without notice and without a refund.
